Lindsay is located 16 miles from Highway 99 and 55 miles from Interstate 5.
Lindsay has several neighborhood schools, in that each neighborhood has a designated school. Lindsay has three elementary schools, one junior high school, one continuation school and one high school. Lindsay also has an Adult School. Two nearby community colleges offer higher education courses and Fresno State University is only 45 minutes away.
