Amtrak – There is an Amtrak train station located approx 25 miles from Visalia, in the city of Hanford.  Visalia and Goshen both offer bus service thruways that connect to the station. Industry benefits from rail service available thru San Joaquin Valley Rail Road, Union Pacific Rail Road, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp.  Rail traffic includes lumber & forest products, consumer products, fresh & frozen fruits & vegetables, packaged & canned foods, poultry, cheese, and petroleum & chemical products, to name a few.
