The EDC is governed by a Board of Directors that establishes organizational policy. The Board is comprised of representatives from local communities, private sector leaders and other organizations allied to create jobs in our region.

The EDC is an Accredited Economic Development Organization by the International Economic Development Council and is one of three EDCs in California (and the only one in the Central Valley) to earn this national distinction. It is lead by a staff of dedicated professionals.
